Carol Valdez

Administrator of the Year

Carol is the Executive Director of Sierra Vista. She leads with compassion and love, and has created a family at Sierra. She is patient, strong, and inspirational. Her team affectionately refers to her as "Wonder Woman" because she truly does it all.

Michael Manazanares

Support Services of the Year

Michael has been a member of the Vista team since 2002! He is like the glue that holds the Arbors together. He has worked in almost every position over the years and is currently the Dietary Director. He is truly our right-hand man and we are so lucky to have him!

Yolanda Arrey

Social Services Award

Yolanda is the Social Services Director at Sierra Vista. She is warm, sweet, and cares deeply for the elders and her team. She is a wonderful caregiver and is skilled in all things memory care. She is just a joy to be around!

Carolina is the activities director at Sierra Vista, our memory care home in Santa Fe, NM. She is caring, smart, and compassionate. Carolina is a CNA and is an Eden Alternative Associate, and a great asset to our team.
